7 pm
Dancing at the Cafe
The General spins an eclectic mix of rock, blues, pop, folk, soul, and covers as he preaches the Bushian gospel to the dirty fucking hippies who inhabit the Cafe Wellstone. Let us all pray that he doesn't command his "little soldier" to come to attention during the performance. Requests fulfilled to FEMA, Runsfeld, and Halliburton Standards for Excellence.
Cafe Wellstone

Album Cafe - Doobie Brothers, Best of the Doobies

Every Thursday a Wellstoner shares one of her or his favorite albums. This week, I'm hosting and I've chosen the Doobie Brothers and their album, Best of the Doobies.

If you'd like to host one of these for your favorite album (at the Cafe), let me know.

Dancing Liberally - Age of Reason

On June 22, 1633, Galileo Galilei was shown the instruments used in "enhanced interrogation techniques" and forced to recant his research suggesting that the Earth orbits Sun. Three Hundred and seventy-five years later, authority figures tell us the Earth is 6000 years old, man lived with dinosaurs, biology, climate science, and geology are lies, and abstinence works. Join us at the Cafe Wellstone for a little dancing and discussion to the DJ stylings of Rocky Torok. Lindens awarded for best science related outfit.
Cafe Wellstone

Saturday, June 28

6 pm
Conservative Mutters with Gen. JC Christian, patriot

This week the General discusses why liberals want to eat your children, shave your mule, and sacrifice your kittens to pagan Gods who ride bicycles, drink funny European coffee, and wear Birkenstocks.
John McCain for President HQ

7:00 pm
All-Request Canada Day, eh!
DJ Rocky tried to combine the 1st and the 4th into one holiday, but Jane knew that it was yet another Yankee pigdog attempt to crush her inner Tim Horton and insisted on a separate Canada Day. Even though it's a sacrelige to celebrate 4 days early, Jane's sucking it up because Rocky promised to play "the War of 1812" (guess who won!) while Dick Cheney tries to duck Jane's lacrosse stick.
The Lonely Yak Roadhouse
